It has a lovely aroma of mirabelle compote with a hint of iced lemon. It was made with about half botrytized fruit. The nose dives into a delicious peach, soft and supple. It's a bit like a good peach ice cream, and the sweetness enhances those flavors. Wonderfully balanced and not overly sweet.
