Mestres Visol

Pale straw yellow in color with very fine bubbles. Creamy with toasted and smoky notes. Fennel amidst a bed of brioche, chamomile, and citrus. It exhibits clear aniseed notes, slightly toasted bread, roundness, and balance. The contribution of wood is more perceptible on the nose than on the palate, though subtly. Dry yet honeyed, with a glyceric tactile sensation. Notes of white flower and fruit, and a hint of white peach. Very well-integrated carbonation. Very good acidity in a sparkling wine of special complexity.
