Salmon-pink, bright and clean. Expressive, fragrant and very complex on the nose. It starts off sober and evocative with notes of licorice and graphite from the Marsanne grape, opens with the joy and typical sweetness of Chardonnay and ends with a light aroma of violets and wild berries typical of our Syrah. On the palate it is fresh, with an excellent acidity point. We have a frank entry on the palate and an excellent aromatic persistence.
